The large-scale AC three-phase four poles and six poles synchronous motors are our series products designed and manufactured by our co***ny. The mounting dimensions, power grades, electrical performance of these motors all comply with the national standard GB755-2000 and relevant IEC international standard. The rated frequency is 50Hz, and we can also provide 60 Hz or special frequency motor under the request of the order, the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading).
The protection class of these products is IP44 (except the slip ring), the configuration and mounting type is IM7311, the cooling method is IC37 or IC91W, the working duty is continuous operation S1, the motor adopted class F insulation materials, the stator windings are treated with class F solventless impregnation by vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) equipment. So the insulation performance is excellent.
These motors are widely used in the petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mining, etc. They can be used to drive blower, water pump, compressor and other general facilities, and the using conditions request no acid, alkaline and other corrosive gas.
