TK series large-scale three-phase synchronous motor for air compressor

These motors adopted advanced technical result of the motor industry in recent years more, therefore the configuration is more reasonable, and the craft is more advanced, they have the following excellencies such as close instruction, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, high dependability, convenience for mounting and maintaining, etc. They are mainly use to cooling and fertilizer industry equipments. The starting method is full voltage, and they can be started at low voltage if the capacity of the electric power network for the customer is not enough.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, the voltage is 3000V, 6000V or 10000V. We can make motors with 60Hz or special frequency or other voltages under the requirements of the order.
The configuration and mounting type of the motor is IM7311, the working duty is the continuous (S1) on the normal conditions, and the rated power factor of the motor is 0.9 (leading).
The exciting system of these motors is resting thyristor exciting.
The stator lead wire of these motors can be made to three, six, nine, or twelve under the customer requirements.
The windings of the stator and rotor are made of class B or F insulation materials, temperature rise will be considered on class B to extension the life; there are reliable fastness and colligation at each end of the windings. The stator windings are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology. During processing, they are suffered many times of pulse voltage tests on windings interlayer and voltage endurance test to ground, and the motor has excellent insulation, strong mechanical and fine moisture protection.
At the request of the user, temperature ***ectors may be embedded in the following important parts such as stator windings, bearings, etc. which would be ensure the reliability of the motor operation.
